Top Cut Meal Prep Menu
Week of
February 21, 2022
1. Guido’s Egg Pie Omelet- 3 Scrambled eggs with sauteed spinach, roasted red peppers, Romano cheese, and chopped bacon, all mixed together and started on the stove top and finished in the oven, served with roasted breakfast sweet potatoes.
2. The Wife’s Breakfast- 3 sliced hardboiled eggs sprinkled with salt and pepper, diced kumato tomatoes tossed with balsamic glaze, garlic, salt and pepper, avocado cup, slice of multigrain bread, and a cup of everything but the bagel seasoning.
3. Bruschetta Haddock- Fresh haddock seasoned lightly with salt, pepper and garlic and fresh basil, roasted, and topped with a homemade bruschetta topping, served with roasted vegetables, and roasted sweet potatoes.
4. Flank Steak and Vegetable Bowl- Marinated flank steak thinly sliced and topped with a smokey chimichurri sauce, set on top of white rice and roasted vegetables.
5. Chicken Teriyaki Stir Fry- Chicken tenderloins sauteed in sesame oil with shredded carrots, fresh green, bell peppers, and red onion, and tossed in a healthy teriyaki sauce and set on top a bed of white rice.
6. Black Bean Burrito Bowl- White rice topped with seasoned black beans, roasted corn, chic peas, and diced red onion, avocado cup and drizzled with a taco sauce.
7. Mini Burger Bowl- Two seasoned mini burger patties, topped with caramelized shallots, with a side of sauteed broccolini and set on top of white rice and drizzled with a homemade BBQ sauce.
8. Winter Vegetable Stew- Turnips, carrots, parsnips, butternut squash and chic peas, in light tomato and cumin sauce slow cooked for hours and set on top of white rice.
9. Pan Seared Salmon- Salmon seasoned with a garlic tomato dry rub pan seared and finished in the oven, served with roasted vegetables and sweet potatoes.
10. Mixed Grill- Marinated flank steak, pan seared chicken tenderloins and shrimp, served with sauteed broccolini and roasted sweet potatoes.
11. Buffalo Chicken Quinoa Bowl- Fluffy quinoa topped with shredded buffalo chicken, black beans, and sauteed broccolini.
12. Firecracker Shrimp- Pan seared shrimp tossed in a spicy garlic red pepper glaze with roasted sweet potatoes and roasted vegetables.
