It's such a great feeling to help an exhibitor 'graduate' from a fabric pillowcase wall to a thoughtfully-designed custom exhibit. Hultec is refining and rebranding, and the Acer team was honored to help them along the way. This gorgeous exhibit debuted at and is the result of a great partnership with TBC.us, the Hultec team and the Acer team.

How is your exhibit designed for packing?? This is one aspect of our stellar service that a lot of clients don't often see.

Acer's design, CAD and fabrication teams work together to ensure that each piece we produce is optimized for aesthetic, functional, and storage purposes.

A client designed bench and divider units for their exhibit. The Acer team recommended addition of storage within, and minor changes to the sizes so they would fit efficiently in a standard crate. Now the client enjoys the benefits in convenience and cost savings!

What is your exhibit house doing to manage your material handling costs?

At Acer, helping our clients manage drayage is a big focus.

We strategically consider packing efficiency as a part of the exhibit design process for every exhibit.

Additionally, we are founding supporting members of The Exhibitor Advocate which is working hard to addess fair pricing in the trade show industry.

We do this not because it benefits us, but because those costs are a big concern for a clients. And the concern is getting bigger. A new report shows that material handling cost increases have far outpaced general inflation in the US. Exhibit News Now explores this:

While exhibition rates are more broadly aligning with inflation this year, specific areas, such as material handling rates, continue to outpace inflation, according to the findings of the Annual Survey of Exhibition Rates.

We have a LOT to celebrate, and a LOT to be proud of!!!!

We just reached our 20th year in business, serving the exhibit needs of clients in a wide variety of verticals.

Along with the milestone anniversary, we are celebrating three separate achievements. For the eleventh consecutive year, Acer has been named to Event Marketer “Fab 50” list of the industry’s best exhibit fabricators, and has garnered a fifth appearance on the Exhibitor Group “Find It- Top 40” list of top exhibit producers. Nomination to these independent lists indicates superior performance across all areas of the business; each distinction is a coveted benchmark in the exhibit production space.

Added to that, Exhibit City News selected one of our exhibits as their "WOW!" exhibit for the current issue!

Acer employees, some shown below, gathered together with family, friends and trusted business partners to celebrate all of this excitement with an event at Maryland Golf and Country Clubs last month.

The mobile museum trailer was a complex project, involving many of our team members in developing a lot of creative solutions. It's so rewarding to see our work directly helping local children!

Students in Prince George's County will have access to a mobile museum detailing the county's history in an interactive, unique way.

ToQ was awarded to our hard-working Warehouse Team. This team AMAZES us daily with their crazy-efficient receiving, staging, and shipments for our exhibits. Not only do they work hard under pressure, but they always have a positive attitude complimented with a friendly smile. With their seamless communication skills to other teams, hard-working attitude, crunch-time project deadlines, and high-spirited personalities, the warehouse team is a crucial part of igniting brand pride.

TMoQ is Wendi J. Throughout the years that Wendi has been with us, she has proven time and time again that she is the queen of a can-do attitude. By having a natural instinct to help others, Wendi stuns us with her detail-oriented efficiency and never turns down a challenge. She is always going above and beyond with her unique ability to be both our head of marketing and an account executive for our projects. Wendi is constantly going the extra mile to capture the complete marketing potential of Acer’s clients.

Lights. Camera. Action! Attention to extra detail goes a long way!

This exhibit we designed and fabricated for Trakka Systems had accent lights throughout. The installation of a suspended LED tile wall made the company's exhibit stand out on the show floor in a memorable way.
