🚨 Attention skygazers! A spectacular space event is coming 👇🏻

🪐 On January 18, Saturn and Venus will be in conjunction. Venus will steal the show, glowing brilliantly at a magnitude of -4.5 (brightest speck of light in the sky), while Saturn will appear much dimmer at magnitude 1. Although the two planets will be too far apart to fit within a single telescopic view, they’ll form a stunning sight in the twilight sky.

🌌 If you miss the Venus-Saturn conjunction on January 18, don’t worry—you’ll still have a chance to see them close together on January 20. These will also be some of the last opportunities to view Saturn before its solar conjunction on March 12, when it will disappear behind the Sun and become unobservable for several weeks.

✨ After its pairing with Venus, Saturn will sink lower toward the horizon each evening, gradually fading from view. Meanwhile, Venus will continue to dominate the western twilight sky, shining brilliantly as the "Evening Star."

Beloved KarmaFest Friends ~

It is with resolved hearts that we announce the cancelling of ALL KarmaFests for this year of 2020 due to COVID-19. The KarmaFest Planning Committee decided that cancelling all KarmaFests in 2020 was the safest and best option for vendors, participants, and the community at large.

We shall gather again soon, as we look forward to a Blessed KarmaFest Season in 2021. If you have any questions please email [email protected].
