HEAVEN IS YOUR TRUE HOME -

The dread of death ends when you know heaven is your true home.

In all my air travels I’ve never seen one passenger weep when the plan landed. Never. No one clings to his armrests and begs, “Don’t make me leave! Let me stay and eat more peanuts!” We are willing to exit because the plane has no permanent mailing address.

Nor does this world. Paul said in Philippians 3:20, “But we are citizens of heaven, where the Lord Jesus Christ lives. And we are eagerly waiting for him to return as our Savior.”

What about you? Is your fear of dying robbing your joy of living? Romans 14:9 says, “Christ died and rose again for this very purpose, so that he might be Lord of those who are alive and of those who have died.” You see, in Christ, heaven is your home.

This may be the hardest post I've ever posted. Confession time. Time to be completely vulnerable. I have been so lost for the past year. I allowed myself to stray from God, and tried doing things my own way. As we all know, that NEVER ends well. I began drinking more than I should. Not only did I sabotage and hurt myself, but I hurt others in the process. My reason for coming out to Music Springs was multi layered. I had a major anxiety attack Thursday night, and needed respite. But, I also knew that I needed to be in God's presence this weekend. I needed mental clarity, and to clear my head of all things that caused me pain, stress, and anxiety. I needed to heal. I walked the prayer path twice today, and both times, I cried out to God, and He spoke to me. I feel like my soul is at peace now. I feel like I have layed my burdens at the cross, finally. I am so grateful for Mike Maxson and Vicki Maxson , the owners of this wonderful place. May God bless you both in all of your endeavors, and may everything you touch be blessed. Much love to you both. ❤️

9 days till festival time. This coming week we will be busy getting venue prepped with color and shade sails and final cleanup, ant treatments, etc. etc. driveway graded, signage in place and outdoor kitchen and bathrooms cleaned and stage lights fixed. There is a designated parking for general public so watch for directional signage for entrance, parking and exit
If you are camping, please do your set up and then park vehicles in general parking area.

We own 3 Nubian goats. Clyde (our big buck) Bonnie ( our pregnant female) and Cabrito ( well companion and future burrito). Bonnie, shown here will be popping with kids soon.
