This is about a third of my first lefse batch. I think this is also the earliest that I’ve made lefse in a year. Having heard stories of people buying lefse from other sources has made me sad. If you have experienced lefse disappointment and are about ready to give up on a cherished family tradition, please, please call and try some of my lefse. I promise there is a world of difference! (Customer’s words not mine.) My lefse are so thin that you can see the spots of the second or third in the pile under the top piece.

We changed the date because of a conflict with St. Andrew’s Turkey dinner on the 15 and hence Mass on the 14th. So we will have ours a week earlier on the 7th. Hope you can attend!
