I'm mixing it up this week.
Everyone says they miss Indiana food in Steamboat, so I am doing an Indian and a cajun dish @ the press, downtown Steamboat springs, CO.
Menu will be Murgh Makhani, aka "Butter Chicken", and a Cochon de Lait Sandwich, also serving up Rice Dressing Eggrolls. Jazz band begins at 6:30. Get out and treat yourself.
