Sweet Cake Lafuente, by Andrea Lafuente de Puigbo, Venezuelan-Spanish architect. My two passions, architecture and cooking, got together for this project. I come from a family to whom Spanish roots has never been lost, from my grandparents to my parents. They come from that home soil that has an unique taste. I owe my seasoning to my mother. I still ask her how to improve. For years I have cooked
savory dishes and I never imagined that seven years ago I would fall in love with desserts and pastry-making. Every client is as relevant to us. No matter how big or complex her/his order is, what is important to us is to achieve top quality. We are always concerned for getting to know each client so we can be sure in detail about what her/he wishes in his special day. A full complete service for every event characterizes Sweet Cake Lafuente. Not only do we offer our products, but decoration is a fundamental aspect of our work. We use our experience in architecture to design and take care of every floral arrangement, every detail on the tables we present, according to the client's wishes. We don't just set the sweets and cakes on the table, but we create harmony between them and all elements around. For example, the lighting is crucial for our designs. I want to express gratitude to my husband and my parents for their unconditional support in this new adventure we wanted to call. We embark in this adventure everyday with the same dedication and love for each one of our clients.
