We will be setup at Pemco Eagles, in Hayti, MO Saturday June 10th selling BBQ.
Starting at 11am.
MENU*
Chopped BBQ plates and Sandwiches
Rib plates w/ 2 sides
Smoked Turkey Breast plates w/ 2 sides
Brisket plates w/2 sides.
Sides will be-
Baked beans,coleslaw &baked potato salad

There will be a lot going on including a car show, a co****le tournament and live music!

We are able to pull a 9th place finish in pork at the Kennett Jaycees 41st bbq cook off.
I’m proud we got a call at all, we were up against some awesome teams!

We were able to get it done at the Blazin' BBQ Festival Manila, AR.
1st in chicken & 1st in ribs was enough to pull off the Grand Champion. It was an awesome event and we will definitely be back next year.

It’s that time of year again! 😍😍 We will be cooking a lot more often this year with the new food trailer getting close to being ready.

We will be selling butts for pickup the afternoon of March 12th. Let us take the hassle out of Sunday dinner or your weekday lunch!

They are $45 a piece.

Its been toooo long. So here y’all go! St. Louis style ribs, jalapeño poppers on the left, Buffalo chicken poppers on the right and turkey breast out front. All smoked over hickory/cherry.

We have 7 whole smoked briskets for sale. They average around 8-10 pounds of hickory smoked, fully cooked greatness! Be the King/Queen of the party and feed your whole crew for the weekend!

Price is $125 each. They will be hot at pickup and ready to eat.
