It's almost officially Fall! We love the bounty of our local food shed during this, our favorite food season! One of the most versatile veges is the beautiful butternut squash. We offer it wrapped in our million dollar bacon for the meat eaters, or a first course of creamy coconut curry butternut squash soup for vegan, gluten free guests, and featured on a robust bounty platter with Brussels sprouts, vibrant colored peppers, portobella mushrooms and eggplant, it's ALL good!
