THOUGHTS ARE THINGS

Your thoughts produce your emotions which, in turn, result in how you feel about a particular event occurring in your life. It has always amazed me how people can walk around feeling a particular way and not understand that it is their own thoughts, or more accurately what they are telling themselves that is producing the feeling in the first place. This is why two people can look at the exact same event and have opposite feelings about it.

Richard Marcinko (November 21, 1940 – December 25, 2021) was a legendary U.S. Navy SEAL commander and Vietnam War veteran. He was the first commanding officer of SEAL Team Six. After retiring from the United States Navy, he became an author, radio talk show host, military consultant, and motivational speaker.

The first photo is from 1976 on the set of the first "Rocky" movie. Sylvester Stallone is with Gil Boyne, the man who trained me as a hypnotist.

He was without a doubt, the greatest hypnotist of all time. He worked with so many people who had problems and almost every session he saw how unloved people were.

Gil believed that our time is too short. We are always talking about intelligence, but without love it is useless. We need people who act with love, embrace, and uplift. Gil often said: "You are not what others say you are. You are not what they believe either. You are the best. That's your innate trait!"

In the second photo is a wonderful vintage photo from a newspaper dating back to March 1960. In it actress Merry Anders was hypnotized by Renowned and Legendary Hypnotist Gil Boyne in preparation for the movie "The Hypnotic Eye." Boyne puts Anders into a state of full-body catalepsy and places her between two chairs (she does something fairly similar in the 'levitation' scene in the aforementioned movie.)
