The Man, The Myth, The Legend Happy Mobelini celebrated his retirement from principal and we couldn’t have been more honored to cater this event ! Mr. Mobelini has been a mentor and public icon to so many both near and far, the lives he has touched is far beyond counting ! I know Happy and even tho he is retiring he will never lose connections with the schools and the kids! Congratulations Happy and good luck with your future endeavors.

We are so excited to announce we are hosting a Appalachian Cookoff and Tasting ! Their are three categories that will be judged (1) Canning Category (2) Entrees (3) Desserts. Contestants will have their own table to decorate and set up, samples will be displayed for the public . If you are interested in reserving a spot and register please pm thru the page.

My uncle Kenzie Ison will also be doing a book signing and will have my mom’s cookbook available for purchase. He has written all the poetry in the memorial addition including a poem he wrote and read at her funeral. We will have some special guest, judges , and prizes that you don’t want to miss. We have some exciting news for our customers, with a lot of thought and prayers we have decided to do online bakery only! We have tried very hard to hold up demand with lunch service, catering, specialty orders, and much more ! Myself, Earline, and Melinda are running very thin and to keep from taking away from putting out our best quality and to accommodate all the needs we need to fulfill this is what we have decided. I work out of town at least 3 to 4 days a week and still try to find time for my family, Earline also has home obligations which also limits her time. We love all of our customers and future customers, the support has been amazing over the last 7 years. Rudy’s would not be as successful had it not been for the love and support from the community. We will have a few people monitoring Rudy’s Bakery page for orders, questions, or whatever needs to be addressed.

(1) We will try to have at least 2 days a week order online lunch, we will post a menu two days prior, send in your order and we will deliver to you .

(2) Catering is crazy right now , if you are planning an event or need any type of catering we will do a virtual consultation with menu planning, venue , and full service recommendations.

(3) Speciality orders we will also be online we
Need at least a 3 or 4 day notice and that will also depend on availability.

(4) Hosting full catered events at the bakery such as parties, luncheons, showers, meetings, and planned activities will need advanced booking.

We fill this is the most efficient way to accommodate our customers and their needs to a wonderful catering and food experience. Please feel free to reach out to us for any questions or just to chat. Thank you all for all the love and support.

We are approaching our busiest season with Weddings and other events ! During this time we will have to do things a little different, so we are only going to take preorders the day before including a
Menu of what will be available both food and sweets and we will strictly be doing delivery! This is the only way we could work it out without cutting out lunch completely with our works schedules, I appreciate all the support and out loyal customers and that’s why we try so hard to make things work with trying to do both catering and lunch service. We had an awesome time at the Glaser wedding festivities today, we also had some great neighbors under the food vendor tent! Big Blue Smokehouse and Michelle with Shenanigans displaying their food! This was such a great and unique idea. Thanks to my girls I couldn’t have done it without them!

Rudy’s Bakery will reopen on May 22, 2023 and we can’t hold the excitement! We have a few changes and a revamp in our dine in area!

We have a new phone number which is 606-551-1159!

Our new store hours will be Monday - Thursday from 11-3 ! My work schedule is very demanding in the fact that I work out of town just about everyday , which means I needed a manager and someone in charge which I have now! I hope everyone enjoys the new menu and the changes we have made in order to try and accommodate our clients and customers, we have missed seeing everyone and look forward to seeing you soon!

This summer we will have Main Street delivery !
