Do you have a bottle of wine that you've been holding onto for just the right occasion? So often we hold onto those "special occasion" items that we forget about them or never end up using them. Simple and sweet, this week's tip is to celebrate the little things and open the bottle.

🎉 Come Party With Us!

We're celebrating the official launch of Vinoscribe this Saturday, July 16th from 4-9! We'll have food, local wines, games, and good company. Happy Wine Club Wednesday! 🍷

Today we're tasting the 2021 Prism Riesling. Listed on their site as the, "most versatile wine of summer," this dry Riesling pairs with just about everything. It's bright with notes of citrus, and delicious served chilled. We especially like it with spicy foods like this zucchini noodle bowl with garlic, ginger, basil, soy sauce, lime juice and chili oil.🤤

🍷Happy Wine Club Wednesday!

This week we're tasting a Vermentino from . The husband and wife winemakers have differing opinions on how their Vermentino should be made, and therefore, each makes their own- Vermentino 'His' and Vermentino 'Hers' 🤗

This 2021 Vermentino 'Hers' is bright and refreshing with notes of citrus. It's wonderful served cold on a hot day.

🍷SIP of the WEEK🍷

When drinking from a stemmed wine glass, it's recommended to hold it by the stem. This is because the warmth of your hand can heat up the wine in your glass. The stem helps eliminate that by keeping your hand farther away from the wine! This is especially important when drinking a chilled wine.
