* Beginning bachata: Saturdays 5-6 PM
February 1st-22nd, 2025 (Drop in-$25/class or $100
for 4 class series) at the Dragonfly Studio
Beginning Bachata is a fun introduction and practice of basic bachata moves, paired with rhythmic bachata music. We begin with a warm up, follow with practice of the basic steps, and finish with learning a simple phrase. We will integrate some Dominican style (the origin of Bachata dance) and some more Urban style.
Come solo or with a partner! All levels welcome and encouraged! Wear comfortable movement clothes.
Men wear sneakers, women can wear dance sneakers or short heels.

* Ritmos latinos Fitness: Saturdays 9-10am

Ritmos Latinos is a dynamic cardio dance class, designed to be super fun, musical, and weave together basic rhythms of many different Latin dance styles. It will be a continuous movement class that will elevate your heart rate and make you laugh while you learn some basic Latin dance moves! Come shake it with us!
Wear comfortable movement clothes, sneakers for everyone, and bring a water bottle!

Join Karin Tredrea Sunday, January 26 or Saturday, February 1 from 1:00–3:30 pm at Dragonfly Floral in Healdsburg for a hands-on class.
We’ll start with a centering meditation and journaling session, focusing on our intentions for the coming year as we leave behind the season of hibernation and move into the rebirth of spring, bringing clarity to our goals for 2025.
We’ll dip beeswax candles, anointing them with herbs and oils to support the energy we’re courting. Fire helps create action, and these candles will help stoke the movement we want to make this year.
We’ll create an herbal blend for our baths, infusing our soaks with the magickal properties plants can provide. We all think of rose petals for love. How about cedar for strength, yarrow for psychic protection, and calendula to bring in the summertime sunshine and encourage diving into the flow?
We’ll also mix up our own hydrosol and essential oil aromatic mists so we can take home “scentual” reminders of how we want to travel through 2025. Scent is so powerfully attached to memory—our room sprays will remind us of the afternoon we spent together, supporting ourselves as we plan for the flow of the year.
