A Cultural Arts, Event and Banquet Center

Located in Heath, Ohio, The Davis-Shai House is a beautiful 1861 Gothic Revival home that exudes charm, class and blends the historical past with modern amenities.

The Davis-Shai House is owned by the City of Heath under the Parks and Recreation division. The Heath Community Arts Council located upstairs is a 501(c)(3) and operates the Davis-Shai House in its day-to-day business, programs, and events.
