Create a new piece or share a favorite from the past, a work-in-progress, or something you’re preparing for competition. Open to all family-friendly styles, ages and abilities. Adult Artful Movement.
This class combines mindful movement with art-making to explore the connection between body, mind, and creative expression. The goal is to help participants become more aware of their physicality, while also expressing thoughts and emotions through visual art. Fridays 12:00-1:15

Successful applicants will gain valuable experience working in a studio that specializes in community-based, adaptive and professional dance.
