Originally from Ohio, Elizabeth has lived an adventurous life across Florida, South Korea, and Taiwan! After 15 incredible years in teaching, she made the leap into the digital world as a Web Design and Tech Virtual Assistant, helping online entrepreneurs and service providers bring their visions to life. As a Pisces, ISFJ, 5/1 Generator, and 9 wing 1 enneagram, Elizabeth brings a perfect blend of creativity and organization to everything she does.

When she’s not designing websites , you’ll find Elizabeth staying active through dance and fitness, practicing meditation and yoga for mental well-being, or giving back through philanthropy events. She joined The Collab seeking a change of scenery from working at home and is excited to connect with other local women in business since all of her clients are currently out of state and country. Hi friends—Lately, I’ve been feeling the weight of what’s happening in the world — the heartbreak, the heaviness, the overwhelm. After connecting with others, I’ve realized I’m not alone in this. Maybe you’ve been feeling it too.

I’ve been thinking a lot about how fortunate I am to have some distance from the hardest parts of what’s happening in the world — and at the same time, my heart truly aches for those who can’t turn it off or step away. I’ve been doing what I can to take care of myself — even taking a little break from social media — and if you’re feeling any of this too, I hope you’re finding ways to care for yourself in whatever way you need.

Now more than ever, we need caring community.

We need listening ears willing to learn, hearts open to understanding, and people who show up for each other — to encourage, to support, and to celebrate the good when it comes. Community is how we get through. Together.

Hello—I’m Brandi aka “Poesy” Roe, the new Marketing Coordinator at The Collab!

I’ve lived in Nashville for 12 years (though I was born in Chattanooga, grew up in SC, and moved here from Los Angeles!) I’m so excited to join this incredible community of women.

When I’m not creating content and managing social media, you’ll find me working as a professional makeup artist (17 years and counting!), writing, or having dance parties with my sweet pup, Penny Moon! 🐕

Last year, I published my first book, a collection of poems called “Dear Heart, You Are Magic.” The best part of my work is revealing the beauty of people and places through my pen, music, camera, and makeup brushes. 🎨✍️🎵
