Only 2 weeks left until we begin our Pre-Season shows for the season. We will be lighting up the night sky from Oct 27th - Nov 1st from 8-10pm. Shows will run back to back each night with shows starting every 20 min. Hope to see you there!

For us locals, Sept 27th brings back a lot of memories from last year, most of which were probably not so good. We have made great progress in the recovery process but we still have a long way to go.

On a good note, today, Sept 27th marks us at only 1 month away from our Pre-Season light show. This limited show will run from Oct 27 thru Nov 1st from 8-10pm each night. We started our Pre-Season show year before last but due to Helene we had no choice than to cancel it last year. Mark your calendars now to be here as we begin the many shows through the first of the new year. Be sure to follow is in social and get lots of additional info from our website at

What an awesome weekend we had at the 2025 Carolinas Mini. We had some of the biggest names from the lighting community at the Mini, many of which were instructors during the event. New personal connections were made and lots of new techniques were learned. Can't wait to begin putting those to work on our show. We also came back with many new additions for the show and now begins crunch season getting props ready, the show programming finalized, and then getting everything set up. We are excited for you to see what we have been working on for the last year!

We are now less than a week away from the Carolinas Mini in Lexington, SC. Always a great time of learning and meeting others that are in the lighting community and I'm sure this year will be the best yet. Word on the street is there will be people from 15 states in attendance as well as vendors all across the US from as far North as Michigan, south as Lousianna, and west as California, including all in between. All us here at The E.L.F.'s Holiday Lights would like to wish all of our U.S. friends a very Happy Independance Day! While most are spending time at the lake and/or preparing for a picnic, we are hard at work getting the final flayout designed for our upcoming show season. We are excited for our 2025-26' show and have lots of upgrades for this year. Last year we had many failures from faulty pixels and we currently have right at 13,000 new pixels waiting to be installed and assist in bringing everyone the awesomeness that is The E.L.F's Holiday Light Show. Be sure to follow us as we plan to bring something totally new and exciting for the season.

Last week we are honored to present the Blue Ridge Humane Society with a check for $961.63 for the funds raised during our Christmas show season. It has been a privilege to partner with them for the past 2 years and we lookn forward to what he can do for them in the future. HUGE thanks to everyone who came out and gave. Each donation, no matter how large or small will be a blessing to the local non-profit.

We want to take a moment to thank the incredible team behind The ELF's Holiday Light Show. Each year, Justin and Stephanie Rhodes transform their yard into a breathtaking holiday light spectacle, perfectly synchronized to festive music.

For the past two years, this compassionate family has generously featured animals in need of homes and encouraged donations to support our mission. Their kindness, dedication, and hard work make a tremendous impact, and we are beyond grateful for the time, energy, and love they pour into this project every year.

From all of us—especially the animals—thank you so much!

Well, we are definetely sad to see the show come to an end but we are already working on the 2025-26 show season. This year was filled with many challenges from Hurricane Helene, a significant job schedule change, nightly issues with faulty lights and just balancing time between the show and family. Running a show of this magnitude is like having a part-time job throughout the year and then transitioning to a full-time job beginning mid September until the end of January. We are excited each year to see the guests enjoying the show and we feel this year the community needed it even more than normal. We will be announcing soon what our total was on donations raised for the Blue Ridge Humane Society. Now it's time to begin the repairs and prop modifications prior to breaking everything down beginning in February.

Another sucessful week helping to get our furry friends adopted at Blue Ridge Humane Society with 6 new homes. We want to thank everyone that has adopted and helped spread the word. This season we have had 18 adoptions since the beginning of December.

Can't believe it's here. We have arrived at our final night of the 2024-25 show season. Can't think of a better way of ending the season than with a show focused on what the season really stands for. Come on out and enjoy our inspirational show.
