I’ve had a lot of jobs.
In one that I loved, my sales manager often encouraged me to, “work my pay plan” in which I earned a flat salary, but was designed to elevate my income with commissions for certain things.

Since then, I’ve refocused my life. And I’ve decided that God has designed an eerily similar structure for my life, for all of our lives, if we are only willing to accept that He loves us THAT MUCH.
God knows, better than us, what we’re capable of. He doesn’t just “imagine” our potential, He knows it!
God GIVES us all a foundation (salary) of Love, Forgiveness and Grace, unconditionally!! Praise God!!

BUT He also tries to encourage us to see beyond the limitations WE PUT ON OURSELVES and wants for us to succeed IN HIM, sharing and showing HIS LOVE and proclaiming all HE has to offer to our fellow man!!
He urges us to notice AND embrace the areas in life that He knows we’re capable of being successful and happy, if only we can stop being afraid of it.
Therefore, to paraphrase my former mentor Jim Kwon, I want to spend everyday “working my Pray Plan” and I’d like to encourage anyone I know to do the same.

Work your Pray Plan, loved ones.

It’s impossible to forget we are sinners. All of us have made poor life decisions or sinned against God, causing hurt to people we love. It’s easy to allow regret to seep into our hearts and make us feel as though we can never overcome our terrible actions. Regret over our sinful nature is natural but we must remember that Jesus paid it all so that we may be forgiven. God’s love is unconditional, the slate is wiped clean when we ask for forgiveness in Jesus’ name.

Day 27, I Believe…

That sometimes, instead of holding a grudge or being “bitter”, we ladies (and yes, some men) should be thankful that we got out of the bad relationships before they wound up worse AND that we were able to take whatever lessons with us that we learned along the way

Let me stress that point again:
Take whatever you learned from that relationship that ended badly, and learn from it. Do better next time.
You deserve it

God wants to see all of us Happy, in Him
I Thank You Father for who I am today, after all that I’ve endured, and that I’ve been Loved by You all along

Day 21, I Believe…
Happiness is a choice.

If you’re unhappy, it’s bc you’re choosing to be. If you’re drinking or pill-popping your life away (or other things) and wondering why you’re never happy…. 🤔 let’s think.

If you’re in a living situation or a relationship that you dread going home to, but find yourself telling people that you “just want yo be happy” ummm DUHH.

So.
Take time to figure yourself out.
What will make you happy?
And DECIDE to set your goals to do it.

God, please help me to accept what I cannot change,

Day 19, I Believe…

Day 18, (picking it back up, as I’ve taken a few days of reflection…) I Believe:
“Heart Healthy” is often viewed as eating well and exercising.
But I Believe it’s just as important to know what you’re emotionally putting into your Heart. If we’re always putting bad in, that’s all it will ever pump out!!

Thank You God for being The Good emotional constant in my heart. I TRULY Love You Father, and no one can ever take that away from me!!

Day 17, I Believe…
The rain is beautiful, peaceful and often an opportunity to rest, or to get out and dance. 🥰
Thunderstorms are amazing and a delight to just sit and watch.

I also believe that they use way too much plastic to wrap up toilet paper.
I mean, it’s not a state secret they’re keeping wrapped up here.

Thank You God for the rain, for the nourishment it brings to us all.

We all need to do a little more enjoying of our lives that God has blessed us with!! Obvi hard work is important! But so is down time ladies and gents!

Day 13, I Believe…
Second chances present themselves ALLLL the time, and often out of left field!
VERY Recently, I’ve had the chance to re-connect with friends I haven’t seen or spoken to in YEARS and it’s been incredible!! But if I hadn’t had the Courage that God blessed me with to send that friend request, responded to that message, or made that phone call, it would not have happened. And I (literally) Thank God that I did bc it has meant more to me than I could have imagined.

So Hey, take the chance. Don’t talk yourself out of it. Don’t convince yourself that the person you’re thinking of needs to take a second chance with you…
Psh yeah, I’ve done that too. No, I’m talking TO YOU reading this.
If reading this makes your heart ache for something, pick up the friggen phone, and make the attempt. If your mind or your heart isn’t right first, maybe just let the person know you’re thinking of them and would later like a second chance at making it right.
Don’t be a we**ie. 👍🏻

Dear God, thank You for the Blessings of Your Courage and Your Love. Thank You for reconnecting me with Jolene Brooks, Blake Johnson and Scotty Scoggins the last few weeks… Boy oh boy do You know what You’re doing!!

Day 12, I Believe…
We all have a past. We ALL have things that we can look back to and question or “Coulda, Woulda, Shoulda” ourselves to pieces over. The kind-hearted are the worst about this bc somewhere in that past, we let someone we love down and haven’t fully forgiven ourselves for it.
God does not want us dwelling on and living in our past! If our pasts somehow lead us to the TODAY of knowing how loved and blessed we are by God, himself AND those He put in our lives… then we have achieved His Liberty and the knowledge of His Grace!
We are then meant to live each day sharing this Good News and having Abundant Life for it!

Ok, you’ve made that mistake and (hopefully) your loved one has forgiven you, and my goodness, GOD has forgiven you!! I know many don’t like this phrase but it’s completely applicable here: It Is What It Is Now!! So instead of keeping yourself down, use your day and your time, to do something GOOD for someone else! Right your wrong by helping someone who needs it, and when doing so, Share with that person the truth: you’re only able to be this person now bc of God’s Forgiveness, Grace and Love.
Move forward. That is what our time on earth is all about, Growing in His Love. And if we’re not growing, we’re simply a shell, withering away.

Day 11, I Believe…
Every single person deserves to be in a relationship in which we are the other person’s decision/ who they choose, everyday.
We should not be involved with someone bc we are his/her “Default”.
God wants us to be happy, period.

Thank You God for choosing to Love me, each and every day, like You do. Though I try and I thrive to reciprocate the Love and the respect You deserve, I often fail. But You love me, unconditionally, no matter what. Thank You Father for being the true definition of AWESOME.

Day 4, I Believe:
People (Drivers) need to better follow the laws of the road, ESPECIALLY in regard to
1. using blinkers
2. using the right lane(s) for cruising, and the left lane for passing
This is The law across all 50 states, for. a. reason.

Father God, I thank You for the wisdom you gave to those who created laws like this, years ago, genuinely with public safety in mind.
I thank You for any accidents they’ve prevented, and personally I thank You for Your Fruits of patience and self-control during such times that I wanted to RAGE OUT and show my fanny… Your love kept me in check.
