It’s been way too long since we've done a pop-up, and with this beautiful weather, I’ve been itching to fire up the smoker and serve up some mouthwatering BBQ! So, tomorrow — this Saturday — is the day!! We’ll be set up in East End at Martone Service and Performance, ready to serve you some of the best BBQ around.
On the menu, we have 3 of Pitmaster Mike Babbs signature Texas-style-inspired meats. First up, we’ve got the **Brisket** (while it lasts) — a choice cut, trimmed to perfection, and smothered in a Texas-inspired blend of herbs and spices, then cooked low and slow for over 18 hours. It’s limited, so get it while you can!
Next, we’ve got the **Pulled Pork**, treated with the same love and care as the brisket, resulting in a melt-in-your-mouth experience you won’t forget.
And for all you chicken lovers, Mike’s **Smoked Chicken Leg Quarters** will absolutely blow your mind! A true twist on the classic — you’ll definitely want to try this.
But what’s BBQ without the sides? We’ve got **4 to-die-for sides** that have been perfected over the years. We’re talking about that **Loaded Baked Potato Salad** — it’s practically a meal on its own, and you’ll be licking your plate wanting more. Then there are the **BBQ Beans**, slow-smoked for over 6 hours to give you that unbeatable flavor. And for all the cheese lovers, we’re bringing out a **Smoked Mac n Cheese** — a family recipe that’s been perfected into liquid gold. Lastly, for those who enjoy a classic, the **Coleslaw** will pair perfectly with the pulled pork sandwich.
No matter what you choose, we know you'll be rolling home looking for a nap afterward! Come on out and grab a plate while supplies last. We’ll be serving up BBQ around **11:00AM** and will stay until we sell out.
