Smokers rolling, putting the final touches on some hams and turkeys, fryer is hott! I don't think there is a better sound when the turkey hits the oil!

Good morning everyone! The holiday season is upon us! This means family dinners and that dreaded dry turkey and same old baked ham..... this doesn't have to be the case though! Folks!!! Today's fundraiser was very successful! We of course cooked more than expected. With that being said we will be headed to East End this evening to continue raising money for the 2nd Chance Youth Ranch!

We will be selling individual plates and family platers

All proceeds will go to benefit the 2nd Chance Youth Ranch.

We'll be at Edwards food giant around 5:45-6:00 Until we sell out!!

Kicked off the day with a successful small catering event! Served up leg quarters, pulled pork, smoked BBQ beans, loaded baked potato salad, and slaw. My signature hot and regular sauce brought the perfect flavor. Now, it's time to relax on the pontoon for the rest of the day with the family and a well-deserved 20lb brisket!
