Tin Mill Restaurant is located in one of the oldest and most recognized landmarks in Hermann, Missouri. First built in the 1840s, the structure was utilized as a grain elevator during the 1800s and much of the 1900s, and then became an MFA farm distribution center until about 2003. The three-story mill and attached ice house played a critical role in the agricultural and commercial development of
Hermann. Its’ location was particularly useful and efficient due to the proximity to the riverfront, and later was only a couple yards away from the tracks of the Union Pacific Railroad. The attached ice house, now called Celebration Hall, makes a terrific venue for large dinner parties, weddings, conferences and other private events.
