Happy anniversary delivery today, no one was home( too windy to leave outside). Texted, they opened the vehicle, I opened the garage door…placed flowers in the garage till they could get home. Shut the garage door, they locked the vehicle door from afar. It’s the communication , the customer service and going the extra mile for my clients that builds relationships. Today was a good day!
