It doesn’t get much cuter than LeAnne + Gary 🤍
From the first conversation, I knew this couple would be full of energy, love + be a blast to plan with. With only 2 1/2 months to plan their big day, it was definitely a whirlwind, which actually manifested an actual tornado warning during their reception. While keeping safe in the venue’s basement, everyone continued celebrating the newlyweds + when we got the “all clear,” it was like the night didn’t skip a beat!

9 years ago, I launched Sweet James Events. I was always going to plan weddings, that was no question, but starting my own business + having no idea what that entailed was a big leap for me, especially having given birth to our youngest just 8 months before. I have planned + coordinated 75 weddings to date, spent time with the sweetest couples, developed incredible relationships with vendors, grown into my own style + design + continue to kill it with bomb timelines 🙂 With 3 kids, it isn’t always easy or top of mind to keep up with my social media, but I’m going to try harder because I can’t keep gatekeeping these STUNNING weddings and GORGEOUS couples.

My husband has been so supportive every step of the way + has made his way into my team of coordinators, so you may be seeing his smiling face at many more weddings + events. 🫶🏼

Thank you to my amazing team + every single couple + vendor for making these last 9 years so fun! Cheers to the best job ever! 🥂

I admit, I’m a Grey’s Anatomy fanatic and this sweet doctor duo tugged at my heartstrings throughout our time together. They were like the real like Derek & Meredith (minus all the drama!) and I couldn’t get enough of it. They had the most perfect ceremony + the •best• dance party! Congratulations Mr. + Mrs. Clark!

Classic. Hannah + Stephen 🤍
I loved planning alongside H + S! Hannah had a vision and, through the entire planning process, stayed true to that vision. I’m so happy she did because watching that vision come to life was gasp-worthy. The sweetness between the 2 on wedding day was nothing short of true love. Congratulations Mr. + Mrs. Murray!
