Wedding websites are super popular these days - and for good reason too! If you don't want too much information on your invitations, we recommend adding a QR code or a link to take your guests to your site. Here, you can list all your expectations, FAQs, location, and even allow guests to rsvp! My personal favorite is Zola due to the ease of use and the designs they have. Other recommendations would include The knot, WithJoy, and Minted!

Unplugged ceremonies... it's everyone's dream, so let your guests know! While it's common etiquette to not hae your phone out during the ceremony, many guests still use them - trust me I've seen it so many times 🤦🏽‍♀️. You hired a professional photographer for a reason, let's make sure they can get the perfect shots! Have a sign out at the entrance of the ceremony stating you'd like an unplugged ceremony or have the officiant / planner / family / or friend let your guests know to put there phones away. It's not rude to want your perfect day the way you want it to be!

It is so important to be able to have someone you trust to facilitate communication between your vendors and family/friends whether it be a planner, a friend, or family! You already have so much going on and you don't want to be bothered by small questions that can easily be answered by vendors speaking to someone you trust!

Your vendors are a HUGE part of your big day, so show them you appreciate them by including them in your guest count for your caterers. They're up on their feet all day helping you - a nice hot meal would definitely be appreciated! (Not sure how to know which vendors should be included? Typically vendors there longer than 4 hours should be included)
