We're very excited to release a 4-track acoustic studio session, filmed at Subsonic Society in December last year. Not being able to tour our latest album, A Day at the Beach, we wanted to do something special and thank all our fans for the support in these trying times. Thanks to a change in Utah laws we are back in business.

Some important information
To be within Utah laws. We have to say this is a homemade product with the assumption it is not resold and consumed at home, etc.

We take the following types of payments:
Cash at pickup
Venmo -kraatz

If you are ordering for the first time we will need a 50% deposit. This can be by Venmo or cash (you’ll need to arrange a time to drop off). This is to protect us from no shows. If you no show you forfeit your deposit.

Pickup times will be posted or given at time of order. Please respect our time and arrive on time. I will send a reminder the day before. Not only is it respectful but your meat is hot and ready.

We will post when we are planning on smoking but feel free to contact us if you have an event, get together or are just craving good BBQ and we can see if we can do an order.

Everything is a dry rub BBQ. You can add sauce at home if you want but we ask you to try it without first.

Taking orders for Home cured smoked gourmet Applewood bacon. Will be ready on October 21st (pick up only.) We will have the following three options available:
1. Michael Simon of the food network recipe. A slightly sweet and spicy flavor. ($7/lb.) .
2. Cajun ($7/lb.) a spicy flavor good on its own or for savory dishes (add it to your steak or chicken or great on a baked potato.)
3. Brown sugar Applewood bacon ($7/lb.)
