It’s been a minute since I’ve posted over here! For those who don’t know, Hi I’m Gabrielle, I also own The Northern Star Bakery. When I launched White Pine Party Co., I truly believed I had the time and energy to give both businesses my full attention. But as my bakery grew (which has been such a blessing), I found myself pouring most of my energy into that side of things and unintentionally neglecting a party planning dream I’m equally passionate about.

But I want to be clear: the dream isn’t dead.

I’m working harder than ever to give The Northern Star Bakery a home of its own, a space where gathering, celebrating, and making memories can finally happen. I’m currently planning a fundraiser called The Cake Exchange to help make that dream a reality. And once we secure that space, I’ll have more room (literally and figuratively) to run both businesses the way I originally envisioned.

In the meantime, White Pine Party Co. is still accepting sleepover party reservations! If you or someone you know is looking to plan a magical night for the kids, we’d love to be a part of it.
