I had tried on several dresses at a couple different bridal shops and just couldn’t find “the one”. I’d find different things I loved about one dress or another but couldn’t find everything in one dress. So I brought my idea to Vito at Jillian’s bridal and he made my dream a reality. I gave him pictures of 3 different dresses and asked him to turn my Frankenstein into a beauty. And I was not disappointed at all. The dress came out better than I could have imagined. The process was so easy and only took about 10 weeks from start to finish. Getting a custom dress was the best decision I made. Especially for the price. I got EXACTLY what I wanted for far less than I would have paid for a dress I would have had to “settle” on. If you’re on the fence about ordering a custom dress, here’s your sign to just do it. You won’t regret it!"

"Jillian’s Bridal Outlet has been a 10/10 experience. If I could rate more stars I would rate infinity, went to two other bridal stores that are off the rack due to having an elopement in October and needing a dress soon so I started researching where to go look- the first one was very nice and the staff was friendly and very helpful but anything I tried on didn’t feel like me and felt more like what they wanted for me instead of what I wanted for myself. The second store I went to was a 0/10 if I could rate negative I would! Worst customer service, no friendly vibes, no welcoming attitude and to be a “all bodies welcome” boutique it definitely wasn’t. I called Jillian’s Bridal Outlet after leaving that place with no hope and a very broken heart and the owner answered and said to come on by and as soon as I arrived I felt so welcomed already. They offered refreshments which was very nice due to a long road trip (came all the way from Aiken) and Denise was SO helpful, patient and friendly and I could not thank her enough. She made me feel so welcome and beautiful and was so helpful with every gown I tried on, they have so many beautiful gowns that the decision was so hard to make but once I tried the second one I knew that was the one!
