I decided a trailer was too hard for me to drive so I posted my trailer for sell. Big Daddy’s Country Cooking just pulled out of my drive with my little “tater hauler”. On to bigger things..New job starting in early November that will cut me back to 2 days a week from home!! That being said I’m looking for a food truck so I can book even more events and not depend on my amazing supportive hubby to drive and set me up. I throughly enjoy cooking and have been blown away by the amazing support that has been shown to me. It’s just a brief pause, I’ll be back soon.
