And finally… last night Michael bartended for a new clients end of summer backyard bash in Waxhaw… it was a busy night for Michael as roughly 125 people showed up… and he made multiple specialty drinks.. including LIITs, margaritas, Aperol spritzes, blackberry gin fizzes, and rum punch!!! Hats off to you Michael for handling that by yourself!!! I’ve certainly been in that situation before- great job and thank you for your hard work- and thank you Deepti for the call!!

I helped some new clients with their wedding last night at Ellendale Farm in Taylorsville.. I supplied all the bar supplies, beer, liquor, mixers, garnishes, cups and ice!!! It was a simply wonderful day- the weather was perfect and the people made me feel like family!!! Such a terrific event- thank you Kira and Judy for the call!!! And congrats to Rachel & Bradley!!

For the final event this weekend… we had James and his crew, 6 In all, helping our very good friends at the Endeavor Therapeutic Horse Farm in Bedford with their Annual fundraiser, bartending and making sure all the garbages and tables were cleaned and emptied- it was a fantastic day and everything went super well… and we received wonderful remarks from Endeavor about the staff… requesting them for the next event!!! Thanks so much James and crew for your hard work… and thank you so much Emily for the continued use of R&B!!! We’re so glad that everything went so well!!! We can’t wait to hear from you again!!♥️♥️

Hello fans!!! I have an easy cocktail for the fall… very simple and very tasty!!!

Caramel Apple Mimosas!

Ingredients
1 cup apple cider
1/2 cup caramel sauce (plus extra for drizzling)
1 bottle (750 ml) sparkling wine (e.g., Prosecco or Champagne)
Apple slices (for garnish)
Cinnamon sugar (for ri***ng glasses, optional)

Instructions

Prepare the Glasses:
If using, rim the glasses with caramel sauce and then dip the rims in cinnamon sugar.
Mix the Base:
In a small bowl, combine the apple cider and caramel sauce. Stir until well mixed.

Serve:
Fill each glass about halfway with the apple cider mixture.
Top with Sparkling Wine:
Slowly pour the sparkling wine into each glass to fill.

Garnish:

Drizzle a little extra caramel sauce on top and garnish with apple slices.

Enjoy:

Serve immediately and enjoy your Caramel Apple Mimosas!

For a fun twist, consider adding a splash of vanilla extract to the apple cider mixture!

Well… R&B was a little closer to home last night at the Hart Square Village in Vale last night, helping new clients with their wedding- this all started way back when when they came to our kitchen for one of our first tastings…
We supplied all the food (except dessert) from appetizers to the main meal, cleared tables, brewed coffee, bartended, and did all the dishes, flatware and glasses at the end of the night, along with emptying all garbages and cleaning up. It was a long day….. and with the exception of a few hiccups the day went amazing…. And we met some super friendly people. Great job Cynthia, Beth, and Dylan….(and myself😁). And thank you Natalia and Brian for the call!!! Congrats!!!

While we were away this weekend at a family reunion…. We had a very large wedding we bartended for in Milton NY… 2 bars and 180 people!!! James and his crew and our girl Kim worked over 11 hours… setting up 2 bars and attending to all the guests…. Also helping the caterers briefly in the kitchen tent, clearing plates and emptying garbages. It was a super busy evening, and a lot of work…. And a long day—- so Beth and I super appreciate the hard work and dedication showed by our team! Thank you so much everyone- and thank you Stephanie, the planner- for the continued use of R&B!!

Hello Friends!!!!! Those who know me know that my favorite time of year is rapidly approaching- … so I’m really getting into the mood!!! I’ll be sharing some yummy recipes with you all!!!

Caramel Apple Moscow Mule 🍏🍮🥂
“sweet, crisp, and sparkling with a hint of spice.”

Ingredients:
• 2 oz vodka (caramel vodka works best) 🍸
• 4 oz apple cider 🍏
• 1/2 oz fresh lime juice
• Ginger beer (to top) 🥂
• Ice 🧊
Optional Garnishes:
• Apple slices 🍏
• Caramel drizzle 🍯

Instructions:
Mix: Fill a copper mug or glass with ice. Add vodka, apple cider, and lime juice.
Top: Pour ginger beer over the top to fill the mug.
Garnish: Add apple slices and drizzle with caramel for a festive, flavorful twist.
Serve: Stir gently and enjoy the perfect balance of sweet, tart, and fizzy!

And to finish the weekend we had James and his crew help a wonderful client of ours with their annual “Tea Party” in Jefferson Valley NY. The ladies get all dressed up and wear extravagant hats and get together for some special drinks, this year we came up with “Tealinis & Teamosas”… which were peach iced tea and prosecco with a slice of peach and jasmine tea with prosecco with mint and orange— apparently everyone loved the drinks and they all had a blast relaxing by the pool!! Such a wonderful day and a great weekend- thanks for all your hard work James and crew.. and thank you as always Zenobia for the continued use of R&B!!

While I was working in Boone, Greg Cynthia and Aiden were helping a new client with her mom’s 71st bday party!! They helped set up the buffet, served food, cleared tables, kept everything clean and running smooth… and cleaned up at the end… I received wonderful remarks for their hard work… great job guys!!! I was at it again at the Mill at Rock Creek in Boone last night bartending a wedding for roughly 110 peeps… and let me tell you I WAS BUSY!!! the signature drinks were the old fashioned and an espresso martini…. Which each take a little time to make… but the guests loved them!!! Usually I get out from behind the bar and help clean or clear tables…
But I had zero time to do this last night!!! It was an amazing night however and everyone was super happy- Thanks Karly for the call and congrats to you and Tanner!!!
