Don’t you just love this new popcorn bar setup we include in our decor inventory?
It looks fantastic and guests are loving this as a snack option during cocktail hour.
PSA - food should always be served at cocktail hour. It doesn’t have to be a full spread or anything elaborate. It can be as simple as popcorn.
Guests just need:
•something to do
•something to hold them over until the reception starts
•something to snack on while drinking alcohol
Cocktail hour is 45 minutes to 1 hour long…that can feel like 2 hours if you’re hungry.

| Grooms Suite |
Did you know that we typically start our tours in the grooms suite? We want the guys to know the day is also about them and we have put thought into the space they will be in.
It’s spacious with lots of seating, pool table, checkers table and full screen tv. We have the WiFi going so they can log into their favorite apps, listen to music on YouTube or bring a gaming console and just chill.
It’s up to the guys on how they spend the time. 👏🏻

This is where the introductions take place, first dances, dining and ALL the celebrating you can squeeze in before the night ends.
It’s a pretty special place and while it’s not for everybody it’s absolutely perfect for our couples. That’s what makes our connection so BIG when you book with us.
We are obsessed with this place. If you are too…well that’s how the magic starts.
Our couples are always some of the most special people that come from all over.
Just last week a special couple drove 5 hours to tour our space. They were fantastic and we just talked and daydreamed about weddings.
That afternoon, in Hiddenite, they found their dream venue ✔️set a date ✔️and made it official. We are so excited to work with them and make their 2025 date amazing!

Make sure your venue not only offers you the perfect backdrop you dream about, but make sure it’s the right venue for you and your guests.
•Rain plans are a must!
•Amenities are a plus but also they are what gives you the most value in your investment.
•Team members with the desire to make your day amazing is also a must!

This spring bride had her Bridals taken in the fall. 🍂Why so early?
She dreamed of a fall wedding but was engaged to an avid hunter. She wanted photos with fall foliage and her dress. She wanted to capture part of that season and her wedding together.
We regularly tell couples touring, who have shared their love of hunting, that if you don’t want every anniversary to be in a lodge somewhere out west reading a book while he is hunting all day you better choose your date wisely. That’s some of the best advice. He might be willing to give a day or weekend the year you get married but will he do it every year? Some do and some don’t.
It’s the same with a tax accountant. Spring is when taxes are due and the busiest season. It’s hard to consider a wedding that time of year.

Had a “inspo” day with these girls at the venue today.
👉🏻What’s that?
Well it’s a day where the girls take some of our new inventory and stage it with some of our old inventory to show different ways to use it.
Creating different looks helps our couples with figuring out how to use our things for their day.

Love a good installation that adds to the day!
Guess what?
•We include the base of what is holding everything and that is suspended in the air.
•This couple chose to use our artificial greenery on this installation. It’s also been done with real greenery from a florist.
•we have baskets but they chose to get their own.

Beyond excited for these two today.
Can’t wait for their favorite people to show up and celebrate all that they are.
They have spent more time at the venue than any other couple. Payton does hair and she’s had a few of our previous brides as clients. She’s participated in a styled shoot and then she and Eli both did a styled shoot with us.
Knowing more of who they are as people is what makes today even more special for us.
