I am very sorry for the lack of posts … to answer some of your questions:
👋🏻Yes, we are still here!
📸We do host photoshoots at the farm, and you can drive pretty much everywhere to maximize time and keep your hair and makeup pretty 🙃 (DM us for pricing and availability as we work by appointment only).
💐 We are still hosting small events (50 guests and under), no it doesn’t need to be a wedding, you can certainly come to celebrate other milestones too.
⛰ We have been doing some behind the scenes work that we will be sharing little by little.

❄️day update:
We were 🛷ing from the to***co barn to the creek, and then went to the top field to slide down to the house. It was super fun until I couldn’t feel my toes or fingers anymore so I did the smart thing and went inside. Isaac on the other hand decided to go back to the top. So I’m watching him come down until I can’t see him, thinking he is behind the carport I start calling for him with no answer. I’m thinking he crashed into the tree and is unconscious but noooo he decided to slide from the top of the hill all the way down to the creek (passing the farmhouse where I’m at). And I’m kind of glad he did it without me because he was an inch from landing in the creek 🤣 pictures and GoPro video to come!

When Isaac and I started dating we had a very hard time picking movies at the video store (yes, that long ago) to the point that several times we walked out empty handed. When we got married we agreed each one was going to have a turn to pick a movies or tv show so we both “suffered” a little but would also be happy. Hallmark movies were reserved for when I was home alone until this year.... I usually set up the Christmas tree by myself with a hallmark movie on in the background but this is the first year in forever Isaac was home while I did it so he had to adjust to my routine. And now for the past week he’s been recording Hallmark Christmas Movies for us to watch on those days we can’t decide what to watch 🥳

Hello and welcome to Mill Creek Farm!

Our names are Isaac and Rita and God has blessed us with an amazing farm located in the foothills of North Carolina. Since the first time we stepped foot on the property we were overwhelmed with its natural beauty and felt led to share it with others. What better way to do that than hosting you on your special day.

From it’s rolling hills, long range views, creek bottoms, 1920s farm house and old to***co barns, this farm is full of breathtaking beauty that will certainly not leave you disappointed. We invite you to come see for yourself.
