We are thrilled to share with you our passion for fresh and delicious Neapolitan-style pizza. Our story began with Tony Pavese's grandfather Papa Dan, who owned a pizzeria in Chicago in the late 50s. They were located across the street from a school, and all the kids would come by and grab a slice for a dime so they didn't have to go far for lunch. It was these stories that stuck inside Tony and c

reated a love for pizza that has continued to grow over the years. Tony spent the last 10-15 years self-learning the craft of pizza-making, experimenting with ingredients and perfecting techniques. This love for pizza-making is shared by his family, who has grown to love pizza just as much as Tony does, and enjoys helping out as much as they can. We take pride in using only the finest ingredients, including fresh dough made from imported Italian flour, San Marzano tomatoes, and high-quality mozzarella cheese. Our pizzas are hand-stretched and baked in ovens that reach upwards of 900 degrees Fahrenheit, resulting in a perfectly crispy crust with a tender, chewy interior. At our events, we bring the Neapolitan pizza experience right to you. Our setup includes mobile ovens that can be set up in any outdoor or indoor location. Guests can watch as our expert pizza-makers create custom pizzas right before their eyes, with a wide variety of toppings to choose from. Whether you're planning a wedding, corporate event, or private party, we are dedicated to providing you with the best pizza experience possible. We were so excited to able to get the truck out to everyone at the Riverside Farmers' Market last week and we will be back out again Wednesday!! We look forward to to serving you and bringing a new special to kick off the week!!!

The Farmers’ Market will be back on Wednesday, 8/14 from 230-7pm under the Riverside Water Tower. Stop by for a huge amount of fresh produce!

Bee-utiful Honey & Candles, Finn’s Ranch, Fruit Blend Smoothies and Not Just Cookies will all be back this week!

Forno Pavese will also be joining us again with their pizza food truck. Walk up to the truck, scan the QR code, select your pizza from the menu, check out on your device and walk the market while you wait for it to cook. You no longer need to stand in that long line to order. Want to do it old school? They still have the regular check out line where you can order in person.

Riverside neighbor, Joanna Beaumont, of Joanna Beaumont Jewelry, will be featured in the Artisan Tent this week. She was a huge hit last season. Stop by and find something unique for you or someone else!

The Macy Brothers Acoustic Duo will be back in the Jeff and Sara Baker of Burlington / atproperties live music tent on 8/14 from 3-7pm. They play 60s and 70s classic rock favorites!

The Riverside Public Library will have the weekly scavenger hunt and The Book Farm which is their quiet reading area for kids. They will also have coloring pages to keep them busy.
