I started BellaRu Catering in 2017, after overwhelming requests from my clients for my food and services (who can say no to that?) So I rented a 4100 sq ft commercial kitchen in Highland Park, IL, a northern suburb of Chicago and I was off! My approach was always to give our clients the best possible food options - multi-cultural cuisine made from authentic recipes at a great price. We can create

menus that are Passed, Plated, Family Style, Russian Family Style, Russian Table Service, Buffet or Butlered Buffet. Our robust menu ideas reflect a sampling of our authentic and fusion world cuisine from American to Asian, from Southern BBQ to Mexican to Indian and beyond. Our kitchen space allows us to host small events here or we can take the whole show on the road! BellaRu Catering From Ethnic to Elegant is Registered in U.S.

Help make this event a huge success! Join us in our 1st Farm Dinner collaboration with Ignite Glass Studios . We will be sourcing ingredients from local farms throughout Chicagoland to serve up 6 amazing farm fresh courses. Ignite will have pieces for sale as well as an additional option to participate in glass blowing an ornament before dinner (additional fees apply).
