I love making Mornay sauce, I find it therapeutic. The process starts with making one of French mother sauces... Bechamel, blonde roux, then add gruyere cheese in the end. I use the sauce for baked mac and cheese, scalloped potatoes, green beans casserole...creamy soups, put on top of fried eggs and so on. Delicious 😋
