Oh my! I may have a new favorite!!! I made these for a baby shower with a “We Can Bearly Wait” theme….
Chocolate cupcake with … are you ready for it? A marshmallow, graham cracker whipped cream frosting! Topped with a teddy graham, square of chocolate and toasted mini marshmallows!!! Yum!

Let’s talk frosting….
I am by no means a pastry chef. Lots of my cakes look the same. Ever wonder why? Well let me tell you. My signature frosting is whipped, light, not too sweet. I wish I could come up with the proper description. If you have had one of my cakes please describe it for me in the comments. I do likes Weston’s opinion!

Second order was for a sweet 16th birthday. Jen (yeah another Jen!) had the white chocolate velvet cake from earlier in the week. She wanted the same thing but with strawberries instead of truffles for her daughter’s party. This cake has two layers of white chocolate cake, layered with white chocolate ganache, macerated strawberries (fancy term for fresh sliced strawberries with a little sugar) I took some creative liberties and added whited chocolate dipped strawberries!

I’m in love with this mermaid tail cupcake cake! It has 24 sour cream white and 24 chocolate. Frosted with a vanilla whipped cream frosting. Made for my favorite five year old!!! Happy Birthday Camilla!

My friend Danny always challenges me to push my limits! His beautiful wife Gina is celebrating her 50th birthday! This beast is two layers of pineapple upside down cake with an entire pineapple cheesecake in between!
