Job Responsibilities:
Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Performs opening, mid, and closing duties as assigned.
Prep and brew coffee for coffee bar as needed.
Stocking coffee bar area as needed with proper cups, lids, milk, cream, sugars etc.
Garbage removal
Sweeping
Cleaning inside and outside of refrigerators as needed
Follows procedures for preparing, storing, rotating, and stocking of products both in refrigerators and on shelves, tabletops or at cash counter.
Prepares, packages, weighs, and prices products for sale.
Print and create labels as needed.
Prepare, wash, structure produce to be sold.
Monitors product quality and freshness and ensures proper product rotation.
Ensures cases and shelves are always clean and well-stocked.
Completes spoilage, sampling, temperature, and sweep logs as required.
Assists with periodic inventory checks.
Arrives to work on time, appropriately dressed and ready to work; works all scheduled shifts and attends required trainings and meetings.
Provides excellent customer service, addresses needs of customers in a timely and effective manner and models suggestive selling techniques
Maximizes sales potential through effective and proper procedures for prepping, storing, rotating, stocking, and merchandising product.
Maintains, or ensures maintenance of, a clean and sanitary working and shopping environment with Waterwitch cleanliness and safety standards.
