Jan 17 and 18 we will be at Up And Away Hot Air Balloon And Car Show sponsored by Washington Area Chamber of Commerce at Staheli Family Farm Come see us and partake of quality eats. Float away in a balloon and check out some awesome cars while munching on our delicious wood fired yums.

Have you tried our thrice Baked potato bowls? We cook russet potatoes in our Wood Fired oven. Then we portion them out in generous 10 ounce portions. When ordered we put them back in to oven to get them tender. Then we put on our garlic alfredo sauce, 5 cheese blend and bacon bits. Then back into the oven to finish them. Of course you can add any of our toppings to them. They have become wildly popular since we added them to the foodtruck style menu. We have served them at weddings, corporate and other private events and have great reviews. Get them today for $12.99.

Happy New Year! We are up and running at Hildale Carquest till 2:30 pm. This evening we will be at The Garage Bar to ring in the new year with ya'll. Come enjoy the festivities and the great eats. DJ Jolly Green will be entertaining us. 6:30 to 12:00!

The best pizzas are the ones we share with friends. December 26 open at Hildale Carquest for lunch shift. Then down to Willowwind RV Park in Hurricane for the evening. December 27 and 28 we will do lunch shift at Hiladle Carquest and dinner shift at The Garage Bar. We hope you all had a very happy Christmas and are looking forward to the new year with you.
