Behind the scenes with the ACC Rental crew in Columbus, OH: the team that sets up your tents also keeps the workday lively, and Kyle is a very good sport about it.

Tent days start early and run long, with deliveries, setups, and a lot of heavy lifting. A crew that can laugh together between jobs is a crew that works well together on them. When the tent goes up at your wedding, graduation party, or backyard celebration, the people building it have each other's backs, and that shows in how smoothly the day goes.

ACC Rental is honored to be named a featured vendor in the 2026 Columbus Book of Weddings from Wed Society Columbus, with two of our tents in print.

Thank you to Wed Society Columbus for championing the local wedding community and the people who build it. And to every couple who has trusted us with their day: thank you for inviting us into your vision. Getting to build the space where it all happens never gets old.

One spread features our black frame tent setting the scene for a reception under the trees — a clear top, bistro lights, and a crystal chandelier, captured by Starling Studio. That day was planned by Finer Things Event Planning, with decor by EventSource Rental and a rehearsal dinner at Brass Eye.
