The Boozy Brisket will be taking a new approach with the new year. We are looking for events that we can attend to pass out free food, stickers, business cards, and just generally talk and get out name out there. We are looking to make some money from donations to put towards a food truck. If anyone has any ideas or knows of an event let us know... we NEED to get this food out there to you!!!

As some of you have seen we have a website now, it has a full menu of our food options. We are looking to do some small catering events, pop up fundraiser events, and anything trying to get our name out there. We are raising money for a food trailer and need all the support we can get. We thank and love everyone for the likes, shares, and good vibes so far. Keep us in mind for your next birthday party, family reunion, or fall shin-dig.

This business has been a dream of mine for a long time, I'm just now kicking things off. I've been writing a menu, testing recipes, burning meat, mastering my craft and making plans for several years now. I need all the support and good vibes I can get, thank you all.
