Experience tales woven by one of Mexico’s most prominent storytellers, Valentina Ortiz, at the Walters on Thursday, 10/3 at 7 pm!

Presenting "My Father, The Painter: Inside Mexican Modern Art," Valentina honors the art of her father, painter Emilio Ortiz Sosa, with stories that highlight the everyday reality of Mexican artists of the 1970s.

New art exhibition, "Multinodal Meanderings," opens at the Walters during Hillsboro Art Walk on Tuesday, 10/1 from 5 – 8 pm!

Organized with the Oregon Chinese Artist Association, this exhibit showcases traditional Chinese art forms & contemporary ideas through calligraphy, puppet making, oil painting, printmaking & more.
