The couple will receive assistance from The Lead Coordinator from start to finish. The couple will have unlimited consulting via call, text, inbox, or email.

The Lead Coordinator will assist with the couples budget and manage payment schedule.

The Lead Coordinator will help the couple find the perfect wedding venue and hire the perfect vendors that match the client’s budget and style.

The Lead Coordinator will help manage the couple’s wedding website, assist with the save the dates and wedding invitations.

The Lead Coordinator will setup and manage the couple’s hotel bookings and transportation. The Lead Coordinator will format the wedding guest list, seating chart, and floor plan.

The Lead Coordinator will assist with the wedding rehearsals and give professional advice.

The Lead and Assistant Day-of-coordinators will serve as the point person for the venue and every vendor. Direct events to keep wedding flowing smoothly and on schedule. Assist with guest management and seat guests at their assigned tables. (Maximum 8 hours of service). More hours available upon request!
