It's always exciting to come to Pittsburgh. Friday we fed "Malcom in the Middle" and Saturday we fed Terrell Pryor. Great weather and sales are up! You still have two more days to visit us! Happy Labor Day on Monday.

We just finished an outstanding show in Elkhorn, WI. People are great! At the awards ceremony, we got a third place sauce award. Also, Donna was given a BBQ Hall of Fame Award for her assistance to Larry Gaffey to organize this event over the years. She was deeply honored.

We are enjoying our time at the Elkhorn Ribfest! We started on Wednesday this year! Today, Friday, we started with rain until 4:00 but then the Elkhorn crowd came. Look at two of our favorite customers. The gentleman was wearing one of our t-shirts from 1989!!!!! We were Roman Holiday then!! Maureen and Jeff, his shirt is older than yours. Can you believe it!!!

I hope you all had a great Memorial Day as we had. We have some new trophies to add to our trophy table. Saturday, Desperado's won Berea's "Pick of the Pig" award! Yesterday, we won 2nd Place Ribs! Truly blessed to see many of you. Get ready Fargo, you're next!!!

We took to the streets of Willoughby to bring home our first 1st Place Ribs and Sauce win for 2022. It was a challenging event for us with the narrow site limitations, set up beginning an hour late because of a truck in our spot, 2 days of rain, and shutting down the event at 6:00 Saturday night because of lightening. Through it all, the people were patient and appreciative. Thanks Willoughby!
