We closed on the right day. Mother Nature has flipped the switch.
The last two days made for a phenomenal end to our golf season. On behalf of the Ayer family, our staff and crew, THANK YOU to everyone who enjoyed time at Cedar Knoll this season. We are truly grateful for your support and look forward to seeing you back here for an even better, and hopefully drier season in 2024!
This season has been one to remember AND forget! It has been a very successful season here at CKCC but the challenges have been relentless. We thank our many members and patrons for the support and great attitudes throughout the soggy summer.
We strive to keep the course open as long as possible but there comes a time to raise the white flag and call it a season. That day will be this Saturday. That gives us four days to enjoy our favorite sport, $3 drafts, and end of season pro shop specials.
We look forward to seeing you again!

Our golf course âkittyâ has been around a lot lately. Staff member Kam Cyr was within 10 feet of this guy when he laid down for a mid morning nap near 1 South white tee box.
Our tournament season ended with an exceptionally fun day at the Greenskeepers Revenge. Only one casualty to report!

Congratulations to the CVU girls golf team on their first ever State Championship! Congratulations as well to our friend Namo Seibert on another individual State Championship. Girls golf is thriving at Cedar Knoll!!
More great progress on 17 today. Hopefully we will be laying the sod back down by Friday.
On a side note, the clubhouse will be closed tomorrow at 5:00 so we can treat our employees to the annual appreciation dinner.

The weather didnât cooperate for golf today, but we were happy to host a wedding this evening. Congratulations Alex & Jordan!
Ominous weather is not far away. We have decided to close for today and hopefully things will dry out for Sunday.
One last green and the core aerification will be complete. While itâs a ton of work and disruption in play, the end result has been exceptional and will ensure outstanding putting surfaces again next season.
You may also notice no holes on 17. We will be starting a complete green complex renovation next week.

Monday-Friday Reds will close at 3:00. We will still have hot items in the warmer and cold items in the self serve fridge.
On weekends Reds will close at 5:00.

Today we bid farewell to our resident cup cutter Mike Wehner. The weather is getting a little too cold for him so heâs headed back to Florida! Part time help like Mike are vital to northern courses and we truly appreciate the commitment.

It was a very successful campaign in the Northeast Kingdom for our Husband-Wife teams. Four teams in the top eight places of a very large field. Special congratulations to the Faddenâs and the OâDays who took 2nd Gross and 2nd Net respectively!
A huge thank you to this fantastic crew for participating in our Ladies Invitational. Congratulations to Susie Bremner and Holly Reynolds on a great victory but the day was a win for everyone!
