Aww my daughter showed at my house with a birthday cake for her Dad. Look closely it has some of the Bossmans famous fixins on it wow lol.. The Slawich, CatFish Po' Boy on the bottom. Pit Smoked Bologna on top, Ribs and Brisket on top. Can't believe she thought of this cake...Really Appreciate it!

Good evening! Well here's the verdict. Bossman will be serving up his famous fixins at the Pfeiffer Nature Center Trail Sale, this Saturday May 11th (1420 Yubadam Road. Portville, NY). Event kicks off at 10a until 6p. I'll be serving up my 1/2 Chicken BBQ w/ 2 Sides & Dinner Roll along with of course my signature Pulled Pork drizzled with Bossmans Special Sauce.
