Ok, these are still up for grabs. The frig, is not cooling, runs, but not cooling. The two chairs, although worn, can be covered and fully functional and usable. They are located at the apartments across from the football field in Hinton. 619 N Main. Must get today. Will be hauling off if still there, later today. First come, first serve. I’m not there today, I do have cameras, but not able to be on location at the moment.

Taking care of you, yourself, your mental health; is huge. Sometimes, you have to step away from normal daily life and breathe. Never stop loving yourself and working on you. You depend on it. You thrive when you are well rested and take a time out here and there and focus on you and pay attention to your needs.

I have always worked myself crazy. Never thinking I can get away or be gone for a minute. It’s hard to serve others, when you are exhaust and neglect yourself. Take care of you first, then you can be better for others.

If you want to learn more on the Skinny Drops, please let me know. We will be holding a social gathering, to educate you (as well as myself) on all the benefits of this product. It is amazing! Life changing for so many. The event is June 11, in Hinton. There will be another on in Moore on the 12 and Fort Smith on the 13th.

I would never promote this, without a Drs approval, but people are getting off their thyroid, diabetes, cholesterol and many other meds!

I had someone come in and get another box. She has lost 18 pounds… went to the dr, had all the bloodwork done. Doctors comment, “I don’t know what you are doing, but keep doing it!”

These are actual people me and you know! I promised to not share their names, but I am so impressed with what this is doing for people!

Thank you so much to everyone who supported my business this Valentine’s Day!!! It was so much fun! Thank you to all my friends who came out to help. Love each of you so much.
