I do not often Toot my own horn, but here we go Toot-Toot.... This gorgeous board was delivered this morning on my way to work. A bit of raw honeycomb, this amazing blue cheese, and smoked cheddar from Phoenicia specialty foods in Houston, assorted Boar's Head Salami, and of course my famous raspberry chipotle with mixed nuts, apricots, and cranberries.
