Last Minute Cookers cooked at the LBSCO BBQ Cookoff this weekend. Finished with a 10th place chicken and second cut in wings, ribs and brisket, which is a first for us to walk in all categories. Thanks for all the support and help from the team.

Had a great time at Louis Bait camp for their 5th annual Gumbo and Chili cookoff. We won 1st place Gumbo the the team pulled together to build an awesome Bloody Mary turn-in. No show Chili was a bit of a letdown but next time. Thanks to everyone that came out. Had a blast.

Had a great weekend cooking and and hanging with friends at Bayou fest cookoff. Made multiple 2nd cuts in chicken, pork and brisket. No show on ribs.
We finished 4th pulled pork, 10th chicken, and an almost 11th place brisket. Great cooking with Chris English and Mike Scott.
