The Hayloft Reception Hall

. The Hayloft is located a mile west of Hoagland IN at 15112 Brunson Road. We are approximately 20 minutes south of downtown Fort Wayne, Indiana.

The Hayloft provides a quiet country setting with beautiful sunsets. It has been a reception hall since 1947. The facility is a two story building with seating for 130-160 downstairs and 250 guests upstairs. We pride ourselves on great food at reasonable prices. We do all the catering in the facility, we also offer wedding cakes and cupcakes. The Hall rents for $$1,500.00 on Saturdays and $975.00

on Fridays. Sunday availability is also a option. We provide all of the table and chair set-up and clean up. Catering price ranges with your menu selections. A full service bar is available with mini drink packages to choose from as low as $2.75 per person. Take advantage of a 15% discount when hosting your event at The Hayloft during January-April 2025/26. Our services include: on-site ceremonies, in-house catering, full service bar, set up of event, and clean up following the celebration. We are located in a serene country setting 10 minutes south of Fort Wayne. We do also have availability during our peak season and are currently booking 2025-26 events. Our 2025 calendar is rapidly filling up, with a select few prime Saturdays remaining. June 28, September 13, and October 25 are currently available. In addition, we have Saturday availability in other months, as well as Friday and Sunday availability throughout the year. The Hayloft offers on-site ceremonies, in-house catering, and a full-service bar.
