โง pickup fee: $0.00. delivery fee for Hobbs & DC $5.00. delivery fee for surrounding towns $10.00. meet up fee: $0.00.
โง we are on Square now so i will accept payment there & you will also receive invoices there. i have my most popular items there with prices but if you canโt find what you are looking for please fill out an order form. links to order forms are linked on my Facebook profile as well as my Instagram bio.
โง payment is required upon ordering! after reaching out to me for consultations, i will not start your order until it is paid for. turn around time starts after your order is paid for, not from day of consultation(s). turn around time excludes Saturday and Sunday.
โง if you need bespoke by a certain day please reach out, respond, & pay by a certain day. please note i do not START orders on the weekends.
โง BUSINESS DAYS ONLY. i will no longer be taking on any additional bespoke on the weekends or holidays. business days only.
i will take on new inquires during this time but i will not start production until next business day.
if we have already started production/design i will work on your bespoke in my free time.
business days are Monday through Friday 6AM-8PM.
โง at this time i would like to remind everyone that i do offer 100% satisfaction guaranteed. i hope that we can get your vision right during consultations but that isn't always the case i will send as many rough drafts as you need until we get your vision right, if need be i will redo your order, design or physical bespoke, or i will give you a full refund.
โง if you inquire about a design (made by Snr) & end up not ordering bespoke the fee is $15.00 instead of $3.00-$10.00. failure to pay will result in you not being able to order from me again!
โง full payment is due once you decide you want to order from me. you are paying for my services, my time, + materials.
โง HOW IT WORKS: you may choose any design, theme, shapes, characters, color scheme for any type of card/invitation/poster/sticker/etc. and we will have 3-5 consultations so that they are 100% catered to your needs and preferences or you may choose for me to have creative freedom where we only have 2-3 consultations and you decide only theme and color scheme. you may make any changes in our final consultation and before payment. after payment i will start customizing all of your goods. goods will not be shipped or sent (whether digital or printed) until final consultation (and approvement) and full payment.
โง just a reminder i travel to these surrounding towns; i will message you on the day your order is ready for pickup/delivery/meetup/drop off. if you do not respond within 30 minutes, another day will needed to be scheduled for pickup/delivery/meetup/drop off.
