The Bilbo family (DelPerm Oilfield Specialties, LLC.) was the top bidder at United Way of Lea County 32nd Annual Chili Fest and couldn’t be more excited to celebrate his birthday.

We at Plush Party Express love the mission at United Way and donated a party to their Chili Fest which helps funds over 26 nonprofits in Lea County. ✨
