🧁 Red White and Blue Cupcakes
These Red White and Blue Cupcakes are perfect for celebrating patriotic holidays or any occasion where you want to add a colorful and festive touch to your dessert table. With layers of vibrant red and blue cake batter, topped with creamy vanilla frosting, they're sure to impress your guests!
Ingredients
For Cupcakes:
Perfect Cupcakes Recipe (using a White Cake Mix)
Red and blue gel food color
For Vanilla Cream Frosting:
½ cup butter, at room temperature
8 oz. cream cheese, at room temperature
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
4 cups powdered sugar
1 to 4 tablespoons heavy whipping cream
Red and blue gel food color
Directions
Preheat Oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line cupcake pan with cupcake wrappers.
Prepare Batter: Divide the prepared white cake mix into 3 bowls. Add red gel coloring to one bowl, and blue color to another (add gel coloring to batter until you reach the desired color). Leave one bowl with white batter.
Layer Batter: Spoon a little of each color batter into your cupcake liners, filling about halfway full.
Bake: Bake for 20 minutes and let cool.
Prepare Frosting: Place butter in a large mixing bowl and beat slightly. Add cream cheese and blend until combined, about 30 seconds. Add vanilla and sugar, blend on low until combined. Increase to medium speed and beat until fluffy. Slowly add the cream a little at a time until desired consistency is met.
Decorate Cupcakes:
Place a 1M tip in a 16-inch pastry bag.
Using a small paint brush, line the inside of the pastry/decorating bag with 2 stripes of each, red and blue gel color.
Fill the bag with white frosting and pipe onto cupcakes.
Top with Sprinkles: Add sprinkles for an extra festive touch.
Prep Time: 20 min | Cooking Time: 20 min | Total Time: 1 hr 5 min | Kcal: Approximately 200 per serving | Servings: 24

Spider Man Birthday Cake Surprise 😮

See the smile on his face? Thats why I do this! This cake just about took me out yesterday. At 10:30 I started working on it, and putting it together, and I all of the layers started crumbling from the humidity. I couldn’t use those, and it had to be delivered by 1:15. So by 11:00 I had another layer baking in the oven. After 40 minutes of baking I took it out and threw it in the freezer, and prayed 🙏 With minutes till it had to be delivered I threw it together, and got it out the door all to see this video with that smile 😊
